The Request History tab allows you to be able to pull up all of the Issues you have ever created for your specific account.  You can review any support ticket that has been created since the very first ticket was ever created.

If you ever run into a similar issue and you need to be able to reference the previous solution you can click on this tab and find the relevant ticket and then review the information.

You can also re-open a closed ticket if additional information requires you to re-visit an issue.  Click on the Update icon and you will be able to update the issue.

You will then have a memo field where you can input the details of your information.

You then click the SAVE button and the issue will be sent using the same original ticket # and it will go back to the same technician who you were originally working with to continue the process of finding resolution for your issue.
