From the Helpstar Knowledge Base Screen you have the ability to type in a search phrase to find out if there
are any known issues that match your particular issue and whether there is a solution already available to resolve your issue. You can type in a specific motherboard and hit Search and get the following type of options: From this list you can then double click each article and get a complete report about the issue and how to resolve it. You can also do searches by an issue instead of just a motherboard model number. You can put in terms such as SATA, BIOS, Configuration,
Components and etc. and all of these terms are searched in the database to list every FAQ ever created that includes those words. |
