The Thunder K8QW (S4881) offers customers the capability to realize higher-end processing power never before available to the mainstream. With scalability between 4
and 8-socket through the use of the M4881 add-on processor board, the Thunder K8QW can easily provide between 4, 8, and up to 16 core support using AMD Opteron 800 series
processors with Dual Core and 32/64-bit feature. Other great workstation/server features
include dual PCI Express x16 slots, multiple PCI-X 133 slots, quad SATA-II 3G ports with
RAID, and dual Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports. With all of this, the Thunder K8QW (S4881) provides performance beyond many other workstation or server systems. Note: Item pictured is only representative.
